微球是一种平均粒径(D50)在5~50 μM的热膨胀微胶囊，它由热塑性塑料外壳和可挥发性液体组成。当加热时，热塑性外壳软化，壳体里面的液体气化膨胀，使微球体积增大。冷却后，微球仍保持空心球状。微球直径增大3-5倍，体积增大50-100倍。

Microsphere Expansive Agent
Microsphere is a thermally expandable microcap psule. It consist of a polymer shell encapsulating
hydrocarbon. When heated, the gas in the shell expands increasing pressure while the thermoplastic shell softens, resulting in a dramatic increase in volume. Upon cooling a hollow and extremely light plastic sphere remains. Cell size increases by 3-5 times and the volume of the microc capsule increases by 50-100 times.
