本品是一种硫化发泡塑料快速剂。可用于 EVA、PE、橡胶发泡等多种发泡材料上。添加本品后能明显提前焦烧时间（TC10）和缩短正硫化时间（TC90）。添加后正硫化时间可缩短 10-15%，节省了材料发泡的时间，提高了生产效率。适用于中底、拖鞋、EVA片材等。
This product is a rapid accelerator for vulcanized foamed plastics. It can be used on various foaming materials such as EVA, PE, and rubber foaming. After adding this product, the scorch time (TC10) can be significantly advanced and the vulcanization time (TC90) can be shortened. After addition, the vulcanization time can be shortened by 10-15%, saving the time for material foaming and improving production efficiency. It is suitable for mid-soles, slippers, EVA sheets, etc.
 
应用说明 Application Specification
该产品主要应用在高分子发泡领域，包括 EVA、PE、PVC、橡胶发泡等。材料发泡前，将快速剂加入到发泡树脂中，并在密炼机或开炼机上反复混炼均匀。快速剂添加量0.3-1 phr，能节省材料的发泡时间，且不会影响材料的其它物理性能。
This product is mainly applied in the field of polymer foaming, including EVA, PE, PVC, rubber foaming, etc. Before the material foams, add the rapid accelerator into the foaming resin and repeatedly mix evenly on an internal mixer or open mill. The addition amount of the rapid accelerator is 0.3 - 1 phr, which can save the foaming time of the material and will not affect other physical properties of the material.
