本产品为白色菱状结晶。不溶于水;溶于乙醇、乙醚、苯、异丙苯等有机溶剂。比重1.048，高真空下升华，理论活性氧5.92%，分解温度91℃。
半袁期:178℃下1分钟;137℃下1小时;117℃下10 小时。
A white rhombus crystal, insoluble in water, dissolving in alcohol, ether, benzene, cumene and other organicsolvents. Sublimable in high vacuum. Specific gravity 1.0481. Theory of active oxygen content: 5.92%.Decomposing temp.:91℃.
Half-life period: 1 min. when temp. is 178'℃; 1 hr. when temp. is 137'℃; 10 hrs. when temp. is 117'c.
用途Usage
DCP为一优良的有机过氧化物，主要用作聚乙烯、EVA树脂的交联剂;以及三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)、天然橡胶、丁腈橡胶等的硫化剂;聚合反应的引发剂:还可用作不饱和聚的固化剂;聚丙烯熔融指数调节剂等。广泛应用于电线电缆、EPS、制鞋、阻燃涂料等行业。
As an excellent organic peroxide, DCP may serve as a cross-linking agent for PE and EVA resin, a vulcanizing agent for EPDM、 NR、 NBR, initiator for polymerization, a solidifying agent for unsaturated polyester, a controlling agent for PE molten index. And all these materials are widely used in PE cable insulating 、 EPS and shoe-making industries and flame-retarding coatings etc.
包装贮运Package and Storage
(1) 本产品内包装PE 塑料袋，每袋净重5 公斤;外包装为瓦楞纸，每箱净重20 公斤。
(1)Charged into PE plastic bags, each 5kg net weight and 4 bags are packed in carton box, each 20kg net weight.
(2)存贮温度:30℃以下。
(2)Not damageable if stored below 30'℃.
(3)运输时应避免曝晒和雨淋;
(3)Kept from direct sunbeam and violent shaking during transportation.
(4)避免受热、严禁与强酸、还原剂等共贮混运。
(4) lmpermissible to be accompanied with heat 、 strong acids or reductive agent during storage or shipment.
